Where Community Thrives

At Tangerine, community means more than just knowing each other’s names
it means showing up, supporting one another, and growing together.

When children feel connected, they thrive.

We’ve been part of this neighborhood for over 35 years, and many of our staff have been here for decades. Our families tell us that what sets us apart is how we make them feel: welcomed, included, and known.

You’ll feel it at our annual events like Spring Fling, Friendsgiving, and Pre-K graduation. You’ll see it in the classroom when children celebrate each other’s birthdays, comfort a friend, or share a story from home. You’ll hear it in the laughter of staff who genuinely enjoy one another.

Community also means:

Supporting our teachers with professional development, mentorship, and a workplace that values joy and respect.

Welcoming all family structures, backgrounds, and beliefs with warmth and sincerity.

Creating safe spaces for families to connect and children to belong.
